My objective is to apply my educational background and my comprehensive work experience to effectively integrate activities during tutoring sessions to meet the diverse needs of students. I am certified in elementary education and I have worked in the classroom for five years. I have a passion for educating students not only with educational goals, but helping them to establish lifelong goals. By allowing students to establish goals for themselves through self-assessment, students can learn to identify their strengths and weaknesses and implement ways to improve their overall classroom performance. By using effective strategies and hands-on lessons, I meet the needs of students.
