What can I say? I'm 22 years old. I'm a wife and a mother. I was in the Gifted Program in both middle school and high school. I am currently at Georgia Regents University - formerly known as Augusta State University - as a Social Work major. I graduate in May of 2013 and am planning to get my Master's degree in the Art of Teaching with an emphasis in Gifted Education. I believe in making our society a better place to live in and I believe that it starts with our children by giving with critical thinking and problem solving skills.

I have tutored a fourth grader as well as a ninth grader before.
I have taught 5th and 6th graders for a Sunday School class. I also have experience with tutoring Pre-K and Kindergarten age children as well.
I also have a 6 month old. So I have worked with a variety of age groups. What can I say? I'm 22 years old. I'm a wife and a mother. I was in the Gifted Program in both middle school and high school. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
