Hello, and thank you for considering for me as your tutor.

I have my Undergraduate degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), my Master's in Seismic Engineering, and my Doctorate in Applied Artificial Neural Networks in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.

I worked as a Civil Engineer for five years before realizing that it was not for me and giving it up to go into Management Consulting, where I spent almost eight years developing statistical and mathematical models in SPSS and MS Excel. I enjoyed the diversity of consulting much more and decided that it was a much better career option. I focused on Inferential Statistics such as: Regression Analysis, Discriminant Function Analysis, Factor Analysis, etc. I also developed many Workload/Workforce and Inventory Management Models for HR and Optimization purposes. For a part of the time I have done financial and credit risk modeling, as well as Dashboard development with heavy Macro Development.

I have a flare for the artistic, and originally wanted to be an architect, but could not stand the mattresses lining the halls of the architecture building at RPI, so I went into one of the closer disciplines, civil engineering. This artsy side can help you generate some really cool Excel workbooks...

I spent more than 10 years developing Workload/Workforce and Inventory Management Tools and Dynamic Dashboards with GUI Interfaces for the US Government and for Commercial Industry in MS Excel.

I love working in Excel and can bring that flare to your laptop or desktop... Macros, Pivot Tables, Vlookups, amalgamations... I can help you develop your own tools or can help you with the basics.

SPSS

I have eight years of modeling experience while with Booz Allen Hamilton and was a subcontractor for multiple Federal, Civil and Commercial entities.

I spent time credit scoring and and developing financial models utilizing inferential statistical algorithms and Artificial Neural Networks.

My expertise is in Multi-Linear Regression Modeling, Discriminant Function Modeling, Cluster Analysis, and Artificial Neural Network Modeling.

Bodybuilding

I am NOT a certified trainer anymore. I used to train extensively starting at 15 years of age. At 19 I started modeling for Exercise for Men and Men's Exercise Magazines and have also done some live advertising work for the Sears Athletic Department. I modeled for seven years prior to moving away from my photographer in the northeast.

I still work out routinely and can coach and mentor beginners through and intense and 30 to 45-minute workout that will have you running for the doors!

Martial Arts

I started Tae Kwon Do and Ishinryu Karate when I was 11 years old and practiced it on and off for 20 years. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

At 18-22 I was on the Karate-Kickboxing Team at Rensselaer, and later, at 31, I started Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I practiced Jiu-Jitsu for only one year, as it was too slow, but practiced it under the famous Brazilian Master Jacare.
