I am an Italian
native, and I moved to the States five years ago. My passion to teach my language
started when I was teaching Italian to people that I met during my stay here. I have a diploma in Tourism, as I attended the school in Italy. Traveling is the other my big passion and I used to work in the biggest tour operator in Italy. Meet new people and try to communicate with them is something that I have always liked to do.
Whether you are looking for a tutor that will help you with your Italian, be ready to learn a new language. It's very important for you to be clear on what your expectations are going to be and what kind of time and effort you are going to be able to dedicate to our work together. Languages are very much alive and we need to practice them so we won't forget what we spent so much time. It's important that you continue to practice your language skills, whether with me one on one, or by joining a conversation group, reading
, or even watching TV in the target language.
When I start talking with a new student, I often start by asking a set of questions because I want to make sure I can put together a plan of action for our sessions. I usually use an Italian book of grammar
and conversation and another book written in English
to help better to explain the complexity of the Italian grammar so you can follow the lesson more easily. We can make a copy of the important parts which can help you to fix the vocabulary
and the new words.
I have 12 hours cancellation policy, so it is easy to reschedule the lesson. I can meet you where is more convenient for you. Lunch time is usually the best time for me or during the week ends.
I hope to hear from you soon.
