I played baseball at Georgia Tech on an athletic and academic scholarship after skipping my senior year of high school. I currently am coaching a 13U travel baseball team at Sandy Springs and have coached 10-12 year old Dizzy Dean teams as a volunteer head coach. I have given private instruction for infield, hitting, and general baseball skills (including outfield and pitching) for over 6 years. I have also worked as an instructor/leader at GT Baseball camps and have coached 15-18U travel teams with the Atlanta Blue Jays. I also have worked as an accountant and currently have moved into a role as a Financial Analyst & Finance Supervisor. I am very good at working with youth baseball players and am able to relate to them very well due to my short time away from playing. I also grew up playing in and around metro-Atlanta so I have similar experience in my baseball career as the players I work with. I have helped players get college scholarships and be drafted to play professional baseball. I am very high on the importance of life lessons through baseball and the importance of education. Making good grades allowed me the opportunity to play in college at a highly regarded institution, an experience that I like to share with my students/players.
