I am a private tutor and education consultant with experience tutoring and teaching K-9 students and adult learners. My love of teaching comes from a lifelong love of learning. I hold a B.S degree from University of Texas - Tyler. I have worked in Education for 4 years and have tutored many students in Math, Science and English.
In general, I favor a "hands-on" approach to teaching that involves a lot of interaction between the tutor and student, and concrete experiences in addition to worksheets. However, my specific methods vary according to the subject being taught and the learning style of the student.
