I specialize in test preparation for graduate-level entrance exams such as the GRE, GMAT, and LSAT, and I've spent the last ten years helping students achieve their score and admissions goals.
I am currently a PhD candidate completing my doctorate at Yale University in the Medieval Studies department. During my advanced studies, I have gained insights and expertise as a teacher while tutoring students for the LSAT, GMAT, and GRE.
Over the past decade, I have developed an innovative approach of my own. I recognize that each student is different and that no single method is best for all test-takers. Come test day, the most successful students will be those who have found ways to combine their own native strengths with an additional complement of time-tested techniques learned through rigorous study.
I also specialize in "rehabilitative tutoring", helping people who've been at a particular test for months, even years, and seen no serious improvement. I can help you find that block that's keeping you stuck and help undo the mental habits that you've acquired through your fruitless study and show you how to develop the new habits that will actually reward your effort.
I sincerely enjoy helping students find the approach that will allow them to confidently meet their future educational goals.
