Hello my name is Dr. Darius.
I have over 20 years of experience in assisting people in various settings such as colleges, hospitals, prisons, group homes and other areas where people are learning and or attempting to make changes in their lives. I have BA degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice, a Masters in Science in Criminal Justice, a Masters in Teaching English as a Second Language and a PhD in Human Services and Professional Counseling. Additionally, I am a Board License Professional Counselor as well as Nationally Certified Counselor. With these experiences I hope to support people toward their educational and learning goals as well as their personal growth. I believe in using a holistic model toward learning.

I have over 20 years of martial art training. I first became an instructor under Master G's School of Martial Arts in Kung Fu Wu Su. I later continued my training in Praying Mantis Kung Fu.

I am a Board Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have experience working with children and adults with ADD/ADHD as a professional counselor.

I have 10 years of experience working with behavioral and DSM-IV-TR disorders including Aspergers and as recently as 2011, I had an adult student at the college level in several of my classes with Aspergers. I am a Board License Professional Counselor trained in such disorders as well as I am Nationally Certified as a Counselor. I am clinical and skillful when working with DSM disorders.

I am a Board Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have experience working with children and adults with dyslexia as a professional counselor.
