As a teacher I have taught at many levels. When I first started teaching, I taught at an exceptional education center for pre-k students. Later, I taught head start for a few years; advancing to an elementary school. At the elementary school, I taught interrelated classes. Later I taught middle school classes. These classes included at risk students, remedial math, language arts, social science, character education, and earth science. Some positions were challenging, but we worked through it and the students were victorious in their endeavor to understand the subject. Everyone has their own way of learning and the students and I discovered what that was together.
