MCAT

I took the MCAT after completing the pre-med program in the honors program at the University of Georgia. I scored a 35 overall and made an "S" on the writing portion.

The breakdown of my score was:

12- Life Science Section (Organic Chemistry and Biology)
12- Physical Science Section (Chemistry and Physics)
11- Verbal

Genetics

I majored in Biology in college, and due to my own interest in Genetics, I focused much of my upper level coursework in that field, taking advantage of the University's fantastic genetics dept.

An example of such focus would be the small group discussion/presentation Genetics forums, led, in my case, by the evolutionary aging researcher Dr. Daniel Promislow.
