I am an undergraduate senior at the University of Georgia with a major in biology and emphasis on pre-med. I have a 3.6 grade point average. I have gotten an A in almost all of my college science classes and did particularly well in the area of organic chemistry. I'm very friendly, and I enjoy seeing others learn just as much as I like to. I'm reliable and am a perfectionist when it comes to my subject material. Outside of school I like a wide range of things including: theater, singing, hunting, working out and playing ping pong. When I teach I like to guide the student in figuring out their subject for themselves. I do this because by letting the student work through the material and accomplish an understanding of it (rather than having the information handed to them), it allows them to solidify the information and hold onto it for a much longer amount of time. This has worked for people I've helped before and it especially works well for concept driven material, like the sciences I'm teaching.
