Greetings,

I am a former Peace Corps Volunteer and I have been teaching for 12 years. I have taught in Jamaica, West Indies; Brooklyn, New York and now Athens, Georgia. I am a naturalist and a beekeeper as well. I love gardening and learning. I love the art of teaching and connecting with people to help them develop their own inner strengths. I love to bring students to engaing with hands-on activities and making real life connections. I teach off principles of the Habits of Mind which include: What is the significance? What evidence do we have? What are alternatives? What connections can be made?

I have travelled to 47 states; been to Mexico; Belize, Newfoundland, Labrador, Barbados all on educational research projects and several other places on vacation. I have a lot of patience and believe everday is a learning experience.

The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
