I tutor for the GED in the subjects of English, grammar, writing, basic math, social studies, and science.

My experience consists of teaching my own children for the past fourteen years, being a Substitute Teacher, and a Paraprofessional for four years. My best subjects are: Reading, Social Studies, Language Arts, and Composition Writing.

Special Needs

Hello:

I have taken 33 semester hours in Learning Disabilities courses at the University of Georgia. Two of these classes (6 hours) were in student teaching. In addition, I have taught as a Substitute Teacher for the Clarke County School District in several Special Education Classrooms; the specializations were Emotional Behavior Disordered, Mildly Intellectually Delayed, and Severely Intellectually Delayed.

My experience in Public Speaking began as an undergraduate at Brenau University in the early 1990's. Since then I have taken a Public Speaking - Speech Communications at Athens Technical Institute in 2008. In addition, the eight graduate level courses that I took form 2007-2009 at Brenau University in Norcross, Georgia required us to present projects to the class and our instructors each semester for a grade.
