I have been a College Professor since 2004 and have been tutoring biology, chemistry and mathematics (up to pre-calculus) since my undergraduate years. I have worked with different age groups and I believe the most important thing in tutoring is patience.
My philosophy when it comes to tutoring is to tutor students for them to understand materials so the can solve problems when encountered. I enjoy helping students and seeing them excel in their studies. I have taught and tutored many students in various courses and have helped them in excelling on homework assignments, quizzes, class and entrance/admission tests. Algebra 1

I have been tutoring Algebra for over 15 years to different age groups of students. With an exposure to different problems students face in math, I can identify many areas of difficulty and help students develop interest and excel in algebra.

Algebra 2

With over a decade of tutoring Algebra and aiding students excel in placement tests such as the Compass, I am very much experienced in Algebra and the ability to help students to become independently excellent in Algebra 2

Biology

I have been a Microbiology Professor since 2004 after graduating with a Master of Science degree in Applied and Environmental Microbiology from Georgia State University. I teach and tutor both lecture and lab courses and I will be very pleased to be your tutor in this area.

Chemistry

I have been a tutoring chemistry since my undergraduate years. I majored in biology with a minor in chemistry. During my undergraduate years, I worked in the chemistry lab as a lab assistant and tutored as well. I tutor various levels of chemistry, and I will be very pleased to be your tutor in this area.

Geometry

I have been a math tutor for over a decade. In this line of tutoring I have tutored students in the area of geometry and have enabled many to do great in their geometry courses.

Prealgebra

With a love for math, I have tutored students in the area of Pre-algebra and Algebra for years and helped them in doing very well in quizzes, class exams and placement tests so they could continue with their education.

Precalculus

Precalculus is a very interesting area of math. With passion, I have tutored various age groups through a span of years in this area.

Trigonometry

Trigonometry is one of my most favorite areas in maths. With years of tutoring trig, I have helped many student to develop a love for trig and do great in this subject

Physiology

Physiology, among several others is one of my favorite courses in the biological sciences. Utilizing animations and other study aids, I have taught and still tutor physiology and help students gain interest and love for the course.

SAT Math

The critical thinking part of maths is an area in which I take so much delight when students grasp. I have tutored the SAT-type of math for many years and helped students overcome their fear of math.

ACT Math

I have been a Microbiology Professor since 2004 after graduating with a Master of Science degree in Applied and Environmental Microbiology from Georgia State University.
