I want to help you! I am a results oriented teacher who enjoys working with students who are working to meet their educational goals. I am qualified and experienced to help students from the elementary level, high school, GED prep, the ASVAB, Regent's Test as well as many others.
I have eight years of teaching experience. I am a Georgia Certified teacher. I received my teacher training from Kennesaw State University where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education. I, also, hold a B.F.A. from the University of New Orleans.
I believe that each student can learn and I work actively with the parents and students to identify learning needs and work to design lessons which will target the weaknesses. I have found that this approach brings the child forward with learning very quickly.
Communication is the key to success and this is a focus of the entire tutoring process. I email or speak directly to the parents after each session. I provide real updates on what was covered, progress being made and the effort being put forth by the child.
