I have extensive knowledge of business principles from working on the Marketing team of a large, international corporation. My responsibilities include profit and risk assessment, global communications with vendors, customers, and company employees. I also have responsibilities in the areas of analyzing financial information as it relates to sales and margins, human resource management, and human relations to promote positive morale and employer-employee relations.
I have been playing competitive chess since I was 16 years old. I was a founding member and President of the Mount St. Michael Academy H.S. Chess Club and have competed against USCF recognized U.S. Chess Masters in local NY area matches.
I have vast experience in cooking which includes being an Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, and Administrative Chef both in restaurants and corporate entities. I have also taught technical and recreational cooking classes for several retail food companies and also taught how to shop for the freshest ingredients. Also,I was consulting chef on a healthy eating cookbook.
I have been a member of the Marketing team for the largest of all natural and organic supermarket for the last 4 years. My responsibilities included project planning and execution, tracking results, analyzing sales projections and market variables and planning to meet changing customer needs.

I am highly proficient in creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and have created numerous presentations for corporate education, management, and for Public Relations purposes.
I have also trained several people in my company in how to create effective presentations to use both in their professional and educational careers.
Having been an Administrative Chef and Executive Chef I have used QuickBooks extensively to journalize, post, track inventory, invoice catering clients, pay bills, reconcile bank statements and perform other accounting functions within the QuickBooks program. I have also helped to set up new businesses in the program and train bookkeepers in how to use QuickBooks.
I have studied Income Tax Preparation and Law for the past three years and have been preparing tax returns for several clients on both individual and business returns, including my own returns. To date, I have not had any issues with any returns that I have prepared.
