Art has spoken to me in many different languages and in various styles; it has been my time traveling machine, my emotional catharsis, and my vivid historical teacher. Art has allowed me to know the ingenuity and creativity of many people throughout the ages and has evoked in me a yearning for education. My goal as a tutor is to share this passion with others and to educate students about History through the visual language of Art. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University Magna Cum Laude and I always strive to teach honors quality education to students that aspire to pursue higher education. I specialize in the history of art but I have great passion and knowledge of literature. My method of tutoring is to allow the student to build a relationship and find comfort in whatever they are learning so it becomes familiar and easier to understand. Art is a visual conversation that can enrich any person willing to start a dialogue. I have tutored high school students who are at an AP level in both Art History and English Literature. I am very committed when it comes to tutoring students and only deliver the best and most effective way of learning. I believe in a well-rounded classical education that stimulates critical thinking and goes beyond standardized testing.
