I have over 20 years of combined math tutoring and teaching experience ranging from elementary, middle school, high school, and college level in most areas of Mathematics. I am also state qualified, by the Florida Department of Education, to teach Mathematics at the 5-8 and 9-12 grade levels. My most recent experience includes several years of experience as a Math Coach for the Florida K12 and FLVS programs.
My tutoring method is simple. I understand that each student learns differently and some are resistant to learning for various reasons. I utilize an effective approach to each student individually that not only breaks-down the learning barriers, but builds up their confidence to the point that improve their performance substantially.
