I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee with my degree in early childhood education. I have a bachelor's in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and hold a current teaching license ages birth- eight in the state of Wisconsin.

Study Skills

While student teaching, I learned that many of my students required different methods of learning and study to help them understand and retain knowledge. For each child, we experimented with an approach that worked for them. These ranged from various types of note-taking, to the use of pictures and flashcards.

Hard Of Hearing

At the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee I took ASL 1-5, and became involved in the deaf community. I remain fluent in ASL.
