My Masters of Science degree is in Nutritional Biochemistry. I love turning my students onto the nutritional sciences through explanations, diagrams, storytelling, and case studies. Once my students can picture in their mind how the nutritional process works and the relevance to their own bodies/lives/health, they can more easily grasp the nutritional concepts.
