The happiest part about tutoring for me is my working with students one-on-one and realizing that I played a role in their achieving academic success. Paul is a great teacher, extremely knowledgeable, and he is also patient and understanding of the student's needs. I enjoyed the first lesson and am looking forward to my next lesson. Thank you.
You will be very pleased with the instruction. A difficult subject is broken down into a logical order to make it easier for you to grasp and retain the information presented. I highly recommend this tutor and intend to obtain further instruction from him in the very near future.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

So far in life I am priviledged to have obtained the following degrees which in turn permit me to offer my services on the subject of geometry: BS (Engineering) USNA, Annapolis; JD (Law) UF, Gainesville; BA (Russian) USA, Mobile; Masters (Education in 2005) UWF, Pensacola. I have been certified and taught high school math in Georgia and Florida and that included teaching geometry. In high school I did not like it, but in college I learned to love it. Hopefully my students will do the same.
In acquiring five degrees, including a masters in education, many grammatically correct papers had to be submitted. Additionally long grammatically correct briefs prepared for trial and appellate judges to review required great preparation. So as a student, and later as a lawyer, I have spent my life being grammatically correct, and I have corrected many others work, always to their delight.
Practiced law in Pensacola Florida for 26 years. Have handled more civil rights cases in Federal court than any lawyer in North Florida-mostly sex, race and age discrimination. I handled the 1984 abortion bombing cases including 11 days in a Federal court jury trial. I prevailed in a rape case where Florida sought THE DEATH PENALTY. I have seized many vessels in admiralty for longshoremen being injured performing stevedoring services. I handled 28 appeals to state and federal courts- winning the majority. Many personal injury and medical malpractice cases used to be my specialties. Also handled many professional medical corporations and arranged for their pension and profit sharing plans. Won a unanimous decision in the US Supreme Court.
