Hello. My name is Anna. I spent over 20 years teaching independent living skills to adults diagnosed with mental illnesses. I have a daughter with Asperger's. I was a paraprofessional at Margaret K Lewis School briefly, and have 5 years of experience in social work. I have been told that I have great patience (and I agree with this), and that I have a calming mood. Teaching is what I have spent most of my career doing although not in a formal setting. I love to read and write and respect and admire the English language as "the wordiest language". I'm a stickler for proper grammar. I value honesty and kindness and I never quit where there is possibility to change. I am also an open book, so if you have questions....just ask!
