Hello,
I consider myself an excellent educator that constantly strives to bring out the best out of his students. Science is my passion and my teaching shows it. I have taught biology, chemistry, and integrated science with its physical science component at the high school and middle school level for three years now. I've also tutored math and other science subjects (virology, cell biology, microbiology, anatomy and physiology, and ecology) for over 6 years. I have taught at the university level as well (Barry University, anatomy and physiology lab, and Unilatina International College, ecology course). I've also tutored Spanish, elementary Math, English as a second language, reading and writing. I graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from Barry University with a 3.67 GPA with a Biology degree. I have been trained in scientific topics at UF (emerging pathogens), FIU (physics), and Cornell University (Tetrahymena). I also worked as a pharmacy technician in Chicago at Statscript Pharmacy, which specialized in chronic conditions. We served patients with HIV, cancer, hepatitis B, and transplants, so I have extensive knowledge of medical terminology. I have a very charming personality and I understand how crucial it is to make students (especially the little ones) feel at ease and welcome. I'm pleasant to work with and a very responsible individual. I consider myself a caring, patient, giving, and nurturing person. I'm a professional translator from English-Spanish as well.
