Hi! I am a graduate from Johnson & Wales University with my Bachelor of Science in baking & pastry/food service management. Whether you are a stay at home Mom, Dad or somebody who wants to impress that special someone than you have come to the right place! They do say the way to a mans heart is through his stomach. I was the head cake baker for "Just Cakes" in the Washington D.C. area and 2 of the cakes that I baked were featured on The Jay Leno Show. I am extremely patient and very outgoing so you will have a great time learning the art of baking and of course eating it once your done.
