Welcome! I am a recent graduate of Florida International University who majored in Asian Studies. Since an early age, I have had a solid command of the English language in both speaking and writing. I have a deep interest in linguistics and have taken courses briefly covering Japanese, French, Chinese, and Arabic. I am fluent in Spanish as well as English, and have been trained to see language through various lenses.

I read for fun and I think everybody should! I would be pleased to converse or proofread with anyone wise enough to seek help. I enjoy relating tips for reading comprehension, and I emphasize logic and analysis. We can discuss the history of words, the importance of language, and how communication truly is the key to success. We can perfect pronunciation and learn new meanings. We can pick apart sentences to find particular distinctions and study the nuances of word placement. We can argue about marketing, discern lyrics on the radio, and orate bad poetry. Otherwise we can just talk about the weather to get your mouth moving!

Being a staunch supporter of the old "practice makes perfect" adage, i would like to keep language fresh in my mind through use. Opening new doors for people is a fine way to keep it from going stale!
