During my 17 years as a public school teacher, I always had a summer or part-time job to make school clothes money for my kids, along with a little travel money. I love to learn new things and my summer jobs have taken me to fourteen different countries as well as all over the United States. I'm certified in six teaching fields through the Texas Department of Education, Arizona Education Agency, and Republic of China Bureau of Foreign Affairs.
After graduating from my local high school, I attended the Abilene Fire Academy and Texas State Technological College where I was certified as an EMT skills instructor. My education continued with receiving my Associated Degree from Cisco Jr. College in Applied Sciences, Bachelor of Science in Education from Tarleton State University, and my Masters work in Education and Administration was done throughout the Texas A & M University System and the University of Yangzhou.
My public school years included 7th to 12th grade applied sciences, math, and coaching; 4th to 9th grade reading improvement; high school & junior college career development, vocational training, job placement, and public speaking.
I have managed several large projects here in the states and overseas so I can relate to almost any culture along with understanding the individual need for personal and professional growth. Including business management and resume development.
Being in the work force for almost 40 years I have the skills required and communication expertise to help you not only learn what you desire but teach you the means to reach your dreams.
