I am a chemical engineer who graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela, Caracas, in 1971. I also hold a Master of Science in Engineering degree (1978) and a PhD (1980) from University of California in Davis, CA.

I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses of thermodynamics, chemical reactor design, energy conversion and applied mathematics over a period of more than 15 years.
