My career development experience came from me finding out what my interest were and then using these same skills to assist other. For example, if you understand processes or have interest in developing processes in manufacturing of a product, in a service environment or in in kind of sector, you might be interested in being a project manager. If you enjoy designing spaces or games on the the computer you might try being an architect or a graphic artist or an industrial engineer. If you like working with computer you might enjoy a career in IT.
If you are serious about pursuing a career, now is the time to start focusing on it. Maybe you interested in the armed forces. If you are in High School you should consider an ROTC program while still in High School to determine if this is what you want and to be ahead of those who do it because they don't know what they want.
