Currently, I am working in the Lee Country School District at an elementary school in Lehigh Acres as an ESOL Paraprofessional. I primarily work with monolingual children that are new to the school district and need to learn English. I work with children at the grade level of Kindergarten thru 5th grade. I am also currently attending Thomas Edison State College and will complete my bachelors degree in Communications approximately the summer of 2013.

I currently teach Kindergarten, 2nd grade and 3rd grade as well as monolingual children phonics, blending, etc. We use the Spaulding method and dolche high frequency words to increase students vocabulary awareness.
