I am a Graduate of the University of West Florida with a Master's in Biology and have been a Lab Instructor for Biology Majors and non-majors for three years. I have taught Biology, Zoology, Ecology, Biochemistry, Anatomy and Physiology and Genetics at the college level.

I have communicated the most complex theories of biology so that anyone can understand and learn them. I am confident that I can make any tutoring session fun and memorable, while ensuring the highest amount of learning.

Having taken Algebra 1, 2, Calculus 1, and Statistics, I am confident I can help with any algebra problem.

Algebra 2

I have taken and completed college level Algebra 1 and 2, Calculus 1, and Statistics. I am confident I can help with any algebra problem.

Biology

I have a Masters Degree in Biology, and have taught Biology classes for Bio Majors and Non-Majors in College. I can teach any aspect of Biology at the high school or college level.

Chemistry

I have experience teaching Chemistry 1&2, Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry. I can teach these at the high school or college level.

Ecology

I have several years experience teaching ecology labs at the college level. I have also taken classes in several different kinds of ecology, including Wetlands Ecology, Estuarine Ecology, and Tropical Ecology, so I can provide many specific examples to aid in understanding the material. I can teach these at the high school or college level.

Zoology

I have taken and passed courses in General Zoology, Marine Invertebrate and Vertebrate Zoology and several other courses which cover similar material. I have also been the Instructor of Record for General Zoology labs and have been a Teaching Assistant for the General Zoology Lecture course, all at the college level. I am fully qualified to teach Zoology up to the college level.

Botany

I have taken and passed college level botany and aquatic botany and received an A in aquatic botany at the University of West Florida.

Biostatistics

I have taken and passed Statistics, Biostatistics, and Experimental Design in Biology at the University of West Florida. Experimental Design is a Master's level Biostatistics course with rigorous standards.

Genetics

I have taken and passed college level Genetics at the University of West Florida. I have taught Genetics Labs and have been the teaching assistant for the Genetics lecture class, which included teaching one session about the central dogma of genetics, and the transcription and translation of DNA to RNA to protein.

Microbiology

I have taken and passed Microbiology, Genetics, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology at the University of West Florida. Many of these courses had overlapping areas in the field of Microbiology.
