FCAT scores are out for Duval County. If your child is entering the 5th grade, the 2013 FCAT scores are important. Many middle schools in Duval use the FCAT scores as one of the primary decisions for your child's placement in advanced or remedial courses. Schools such as Darnell Cookman and James Weldon/Paxon middle only offer advanced and gifted courses.
