Education is my passion. I naturally love to learn, challenge myself, and help others do the same. I earned a B.A. in Psychology then began teaching Middle School English. You would think this career choice and degree were unrelated, but it's actually all that kept the middle schoolers from driving me crazy! While teaching, I earned a B.S. in the Biological Sciences and earned a biotechnology certificate afterwards.
During this period, I also kept up a healthy volunteer pastime teaching a weekly Arabic class at NOVA Southeastern University through a student association. I taught the class every Friday for over five years. For me the prospect of education and educating far outweigh the Friday night party potential. You may assume me a nerd if that tickles your fancy. I will not object.
For fun I learn. Terse, I know, but that encompasses much. For example, I've taught myself two languages. When conversing, native speakers consider me a native as well before I inform them otherwise. Vanity is not my aim, but I do hope to inspire. There isn't anything that anyone can't do if they put their mind and elbow grease into it.
I'm a student by nature and an instructor by talent. Students often remark on how I make complex subjects simple - the truth is that the subjects were always simple to begin with. I hope you plan a session and see how simple your subject actually is too.
