In that context, I enable individuals to experience academic achievement by eliminating barriers to learning and improving study skills. I also evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and concerns, and ensure appropriate action is taken. Finally, I prepare individual lesson plans and refer participants to community resources as appropriate.
