I have been an educator and tutor for over 20 years. I am certified by the state of Florida in Math (6-12), Social Sciences (6-12), Economics (6-12) and Business Education (6-12). Also, I am a certified teaching developmental tennis coach for the USPTA and I have privately coached several junior tennis players over the last 20 years. In addition, I have also worked at the Sylvan Learning centers for several years tutoring in all disciplines. Overall,I believe in the proactive approach to teaching and tutoring. I foster a caring and comfortable environment while teaching. This lends itself to tremendous results with my students. I am willing to travel to meet and teach prospective students. American History

I have vast experience in the social sciences area. I have taught all courses in this area from middle school to high school level for over 20 years. I have taught regular level all the way up to advanced placement level as well. American History is one of my favorite classes to teach and is a great class to share my knowledge with. I also enjoy the core classes of Economics, Government, Psychology ,World Geography and much more.

Prealgebra

I have tutored math from elementary to college level for over 20 years. I have had wonderful success with my students over the years because I use a patient, positive, pro-active approach to tutoring.

SAT Math

I have tutored SAT and ACT test preparation for over 20 years. I have found that my students have achieved very good success and improvement in their scores with my help.
