I earned a bachelor degree in exceptional students with reading and ESOL endorsement. Also, I have worked with preeschoolers, and elementary students for 15 years. I use a special curriculum to teach reading for struggle readers. Moreover, all the the strategies that I implement are adequate and according to the the students' needs and interests.
My main goal is to create interactive lesson plans where students can enjoy learning and enhance their self- esteem.
Al last, I also have experience to teach independent and living skills to individuals with disabilities.
I am very patient and relate well with all ages.

I hold a bachelor degree from Broward College in exceptional students education. Also, I have experience working with a variety of students with learning disabilities, autism and attention deficit disorder. Moreover, I did my student teaching at Cypress Bay High School, where I taught students with special needs from 9th grade to 12th grade with diverse cognitive and social challenges, such as autism and Aspergers. At last, I have some experience in elementary levels where I created diferent plans to modify behaviors.

In addition, I have endorsements in Reading and ESOL. Phonics

I have fifteen years of experience in education as a Pre-K and Elementary School teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, and Principal. I worked as a pre-k teacher for five years in Chabad of Weston preschool. My responsibilities included planning and instructing of all the pre-reading and pre-writing skills necessary to read and write. Some of the skills that I taught were phonic skills, where my students learned the sounds of the letters, matched words with the corresponding letter, recognized starting sounds of the words and other skills. Also, I developed a specific program for pre-k and kindergarten students to facilitate the reading process using a wide variety of hands-on activities based on the students' needs and interests. At the end, all my students obtained a high score on the kindergarten test.

In addition, I have endorsement in Reading and ESOL. As part of my graduation requirements, I completed a semester-long Practicum internship at Cypress Bay High School in May 2012. I worked in a varying exceptionalities classroom under the direction of Dr. F. My main responsibilities included planning, implementation, and evaluation of mathematics and career skills. I also designed and implemented individual reading programs for ESE several students. Moreover, I have completed experience at Sawgrass Elementary School and at Country Isles Elementary School, where I conducted functional behavioral assessments, and I created positive behavior interventions for students receiving special education in the general setting. I believe in inclusion of ESE students in general classes and the positive impact in academic as well as socio-emotional settings. I can create individual educational plans using EASY IEP. I am familiar with different types of assessments such as the San Diego Assessment, Informal Reading Inventory, and CELLA. Furthermore, my teaching experiences include classroom management techniques for special education services and core common course training.
Now I am working as a substitute teacher in special education.
