I'm an Italian from Rome and I was born and raised there. I got my school degree in Rome and I traveled extensively in Italy and all around the globe. I do know Italy and I do know a lot about my native country in many aspects, geographically, transportation, nature, food, wine and many other sides a lot of people don`t even know.
I studied in Rome and I grew up there. I used to travel a lot in Europe for business and pleasure and traveling is a wonderful experience; each one of us should do more often.
I was able to see many countries like Thailand on more then 10 occasions. Bangkok is wonderful and the north triangle is amazing. Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, and China are some of the countries I visited and I found it very amazing how different but also how similar we are.
When I was 30, I decided to move from Rome because I felt kind of squeezed in a such old city with the traffic and population of a modern city. Living there and in many other city is difficult and can cause a lot stress. Italy is a beautiful country and rich in history, culture and tradition. From north to south, Italy offers many options from food to climate and lifestyle. We grew up listening opera and taking weekend trips to the Colosseum and St. Peter's Basilica, and when you do that you know what it means to be so lucky to be born there.
I graduated from a visual art school in Rome and I have a technical degree in drawing and animated art (cartoon). I did a professional school because it was different from other and I had the chance to met few of my best friend in my life. We are still friends and even if I`m only 40 we've known each other for more then 25 years. My family is still living in Rome and I do go back 2-3 times a year. I did have some tour guide experience but it is mostly regarding how Italians live and what the city is about. I had fun showing my friend the real non-touristic aspects about my country rather than what they see as a tourist. I am excited to share my Italian experience with someone who wants to learn the lifestyle and all about Italy.
