Coach Paul M. is Great, he cares a lot. He motivates you to be better. He's not the kind that's here just for the money, he's not a clock Watcher. Yesterday was my first day working with him and I starts to see a lot of changes on me with my Math Skills. He knows what my weakness are and he works on it so I can be better. My son had a "D" average after completing approximately 1/3 of his College Algebra 1 class. It became apparent to me that without immediate assistance he would fail the course.
Fortunately, we were able to hire Paul, who proved to be an outstanding tutor. Paul was able to effectively teach the concepts that my son had difficulty grasping in class. He provided problems and homework that properly prepared by son for his upcoming tests. Most importantly, Paul was an effective coach, instilling confidence in my son and motivating him to succeed.
My son made "A"s on almost every quiz and test he took after he started working with Paul and finished with a high "B" average for the course. I am certain that if Paul had started working with him just one week sooner, my son would have made an "A".
I plan to hire Paul again should my son need assistance with any of his future college math courses.

As the title says, Paul truly is a great tutor. From before we even had our first session he was already trying his best to gather information so that he could accurately assist me in my tutoring session. I am being tutored in Discrete Math which is a very difficult course but Paul has been great at trying to help me understand the material (such as sending me helpful links and providing me with helpful PowerPoint slides with notes) I would totally recommend Paul as a tutor as you will definitely get your moneys worth and have a helpful tutor who truly cares and wants you to understand the material.

It's too early to see any performance changes with my son but I have to say that this tutor is probably the most professional one I've ever hired for my son. I think his method of using a third party to track progress of my son's math skills improvement versus just giving a subjective analysis is great. He's on time, communicates and is serious about getting the work done. Not necessarily a clock watcher. Although he is more expensive than most tutors on here, I'm from the school that you get what you pay for and so far I'm liking what I see. Definitely worth your initial interview.
