I am a Software Engineer with more than 20 years of experience programming and using computers. All my knowledge can be at your service with a personalized training approach that suits your needs. I am a dedicated and patient teacher who likes to work closely with the students. I always put my best effort into delivering the topic being taught and try to use real life examples on the application of it. I am also fully bilingual. I speak both English and Spanish, which provides me with great flexibility to teach in a diverse community as it is South Florida.

I have extensive expertise using Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint. I have been programming computer for about 20 years in all kind of different languages like Pascal, FORTRAN, Java, C#. I also have experience developing for the web using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I have a Master in Science degree in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Redlands, California. I am currently working as a Senior Software Developer for Atkins in Doral, involved in GIS, mobile data capture, and asset management projects.

I have more than 20 years working with DOS. I have used for many tasks as files manipulation, batch command files creation, and many other. Still I use its set of commands in a daily basis in my work as it is faster and more efficient in handling transactions that deals with multiple files.

I have developed databases with Access for many different applications, from simple data repositories, to full post disaster recovery management systems. Even for an old technology, it is still simple and powerful enough for many diverse tasks, and can teach you how you can leverage its potential to your particular needs.

Microsoft Outlook

I have about 10 years of Outlook experience. I have used both its express and the professional version. I use Outlook in a daily basis for communications, setting up accounts, scheduling meetings, and many other tasks.
