My name is Vera, and I was born and raised in Minsk, Belarus.

I studied in a class with a focus in Math, graduated at the top of a 300-class from Belarus State University (majoring in Russian Language and Literature), continued my education on a full scholarship at Manchester University/Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences (majoring in Political Sociology).
In 2009, I was awarded Master of Arts degree in Sociology with distinction.

I have also been a debater since 2001, and I have taught debates and public speaking, both in English and Russian, since 2005. I won several national and international competitions in Belarus, Poland, and Lithuania. I received formal training on advanced argumentation and teaching debates at Duino Institute, Italy, in July of 2007.

I've been tutoring Russian and English as a Second Language (Grammar and Speaking) since 2004.

I always try to make my classes engaging and fun experience for my students.

I have been a debater since 2001, and I have taught debates and public speaking, both in English and Russian, since 2005. I have a master's degree in sociology with distinction from Manchester university, UK. I've been teaching sociology at a college for the past few years.
