My focus is on developing customized, fun tutoring experiences that match the learning style of each student. I rotate through various teaching methods to understand how the student learns. During this process I am actually studying the student's mind, while he/she is studying their material. I pick up on certain patterns that indicate how well they're retaining the new information. This process allows me to develop the most effective learning experience for each individual student. I also introduce humor/fun into the session as much as possible. From my experience this keeps the student interested and able to focus during the entire session.

I graduated with a master's degree in economics from Florida Atlantic University in 2012 and I've also passed the middle school mathematics section of the FTCE.

In addition to my graduate degree, I also have an undergraduate degree in finance and 2 years' work experience with two very well-known wealth management firms. I can work with students who need help in the areas of: Statistics, Algebra and Economics.

Algebra 1

Algebra is taught very poorly in schools and it's frustrating for students to grasp some of the concepts. I'm able to explain the concepts in many different ways so we can find the best way for you to learn it.
