I am a certified world language - Chinese teacher K-12 in Delaware. I am a native Chinese Mandarin speaker, of course, because I was born in China and spent a major part of my life there. I attended Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics in Wuhan, China, and earned my Bachelor's degree in Economics Information Management. I worked as a journalist for a magazine in Wuhan Academy of Social Sciences for 5 years in China. After that, I emigrated to the U.S and have been actively involved in teaching Chinese language and culture for about 15 years. I was a Chinese teacher in public schools from 2009 to 2011, and I am currently working for a Christian school and teaching Chinese language at Chunhui Chinese school in Hockessin, Delaware.
It has always been my passion to teach Chinese language and culture in a fun and interesting way. My philosophy of teaching is to create a learning environment that suits the student's needs, and provide lesson plans that encourage students to become interested. I would also like to give my students first meeting free for the consultation of their desirable lesson plans and work together for the best result.
