I have 17 years of teaching experience and have been told that I have a "gift" of breaking even the most difficult concept down into something easily understood. Most students are visual learners and I am high energy so I tend to "act" my lessons out allowing for them to be easily remembered. I pick up on students' learning styles quickly and cater my teaching style to their learning style. Math and science are not my only specialties--I have a very wide range of abilities and use a hands on approach. I also have a lot of technology at my disposal in case of last minute "emergency" sessions. I am very dedicated to my students and will rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. Parents are always welcome to tutoring sessions unless the student says no (please remember the session is for their benefit so they must be as comfortable as possible). I work with students of all ages--from 5 to 105 and I look forward to working with you or your student!
