I am currently a student at Wilmington University with a Major in Middle School Education Social Studies and a Minor in Math. I have 5 younger siblings (from age 9-17) so I am very familiar with how students of all ages operate and I just love seeing them succeed in school. I am about half way through my own college degree and I am very much looking forward to graduating and receiving a license to teach students all year round!
Although my major and minor are in the areas of Social Studies and Math, I really take pleasure in learning and teaching about all sorts of subjects, including but not limited to history, psychology, and singing. I hope to eventually obtain another degree in Music Education, as music is really my passion.
I am originally from Minnesota, however; my duties in the Air Force have moved me to the East Coast for now. If you are unaware, we Minnesotans are extremely friendly and love learning and having a good time together. I am a patient person who is only looking to help make a difference in someone's life, whichever way I can. There are many different approaches to learning and it is my job, as a tutor, to find the best one to fit your needs.
