To Whom This May Concern:

Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I am a Math tutor for all ages up to and including Algebra 2 and a Reading tutor for the primary grades. I also tutor in ESOL for all ages as well as beginning piano. I have been working in the education field since I have graduated from undergrad. I worked as a substitute teacher, dedicated assistant at a special education school, instructional assistant, and just completed my first year as a full time lead teacher this past school year. My goal is to help others and make a difference.

During tutoring sessions, I teach through activities and games as well as perform weekly to monthly informal assessments to see the progress in students. If progress is made, that is wonderful. If progress has not been made, I will try a different way to help the student with the information. I plan to use all teaching methods when tutoring students: visual, auditory, tactile, and kinesthetic. I will address all the learning techniques and ensure that students will make progress.

Thanks again for reviewing my profile.
