My name is Gabriel and I sincerely love teaching/tutoring. I hope I can do so for you.
I graduated a two years ago with my bachelor of arts in philosophy. I spent 9 dedicated months of full-time voluntary community service working with high school students and grade school students in St Paul, MN. I went on to study some counseling and psychology classes and I worked part time as an educational counselor.
While I have not as yet had a considerable amount of tutoring experience, the time I spent helping children and teaching them has contributed to helping me to know how to tutor. From these experiences, I consider it important to understand both the subject quite well as well as knowing the specific way that the student learns. Not everyone learns the same way.
If I didn't need the money as a current master's student, I probably would do this kind of thing for free because I love it so much.
