Hello, my name is Adam, and look forward to the opportunity to help students in a multitude of subject areas. I was recently accepted to Teach for America as a Bilingual Elementary Generalist.
During my travels to New Zealand, South Africa, and Honduras, I underwent the rigorous process of making my every moment a learning experience--Culture, language, history, politics. I am earnestly curious. I enjoy the sharing of knowledge for its own sake and I relish the opportunity to participate in the process of learning.
If my travel and collegiate experience has given me one insight into the learning process, it is the necessity of patience when it comes to learning. Mistakes and errors are to be expected and should not serve to discourage the learning process--mistakes propel it forward.
