I am currently a PhD student, and have 6 years of tutoring and teaching experience. As a tutor, I work with each of my students to identify and build on their individual strengths and help them achieve their goals. In each of my sessions, I create an encouraging and relaxed work space where students can overcome challenges and succeed. Most importantly, I work as part of the student’s support system. I can provide assistance with research projects, statistical software program coding, and other research or professional needs.
I have worked with students as teaching assistant, supplemental instructor, and mentor since my undergraduate years. With academic and industry training in Economics, Statistics, Finance and Econometrics, I have extensive experience teaching and tutoring students in Statistics, Mathematics, and Economics at all levels. I also have experience tutoring in SAS, SPSS, Econometrics, and advanced Statistics and Biostatistics material at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
I enjoy working as a tutor, and am looking forward to helping out families and students.
