My teaching qualifications stretch from a wide range of personal experiences mixed in with a few years worth of work based teaching. As far as personal experience, I have taught relatively unstructured classes based around math / science / as well as some computing around my home neighborhood with elementary students that their parents had asked me to help out with. I have done a lot of no charge teaching for children and some parents that I know, simply because I love teaching. Within my work experience, I have not only trained my fellow coworkers on how to actually successfully complete their workloads, I have trained on basic math, as well as basic computing procedures. I have also trained consistently on the entirety of the Microsoft Office Suite, including how to correctly write essays, to creating a high end work based spreadsheet, to even creating a very basic presentation for school. Overall, my teaching qualifications are more or less a lot of personal experience with working with both children and parents with anything from basic math, to relatively high end computing, mixed in with a lot of work based teaching.
My math / science / computer and English qualifications stretch from a wide range of schooling as well as teaching myself over the years. Math and science have always been favorite subjects of mine, and I could teach grades K-12 in those two particular subjects. English and vocabulary have always been some of my best subjects, since even in high school I was reading and writing at a college level, so teaching in those particular subjects would be no issue whatsoever. Most of my actual knowledge streams from high school and college level learning, but I do have a common habit of teaching myself anything I may not learn throughout my educational career, so my room is constantly packed full of books.
As far as my computer / Microsoft Office teaching qualifications are concerned, I have been working with computers my entire life, since my father taught me how to take apart a computer when I was really young. I played around with the entirety of Microsoft office as a child, from Microsoft Word, all the way to Microsoft Publisher, just testing out every single feature these products had to offer. My educational background also furthered my knowledge of both computers and the Microsoft Office Suite by pushing me to perfect my ability to create any document from any of these particular software products in a heartbeat without any hesitation whatsoever. My current job also furthered my knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, by allowing me to teach their customers the ins and outs of all of their products within structured one hour sessions, so my knowledge on the subject would have to be considered expert.
On a complete side note, I have also had at least 5 years worth of track and field running experience, where I learned dozens of workout and stretching routines that I can bring to the table. I was both a cross country runner, and a sprinter and long distance runner for my high school teams. I also helped create a running club within western Connecticut state university, even though I no longer reside in the club due to time constraints. My overall running experience is almost 6 years.
Thank you for reading through all of my qualifications, and hopefully I get to pass on some of my knowledge to our current and future scholars.
