I am a native Italian teacher, living in the U.S.A. for more than 20 years. I was born, raised and educated in Italy. I have a complete command of Italian and English and have translated books, acted as translator for foreign visitors and taught Italian on all levels, including a masters/doctorate level program. My preferred method of teaching is the direct, complete immersion method, which is used successfully at renowned international language schools where I have taught for many years. I would like to tutor Italian to those students wishing to learn Italian or improve their current language skills. I am patient and knowledgeable.
For voice students, I would teach Italian diction in addition to the fundamentals of the language.
In addition, I have an extensive background in foreign banking and would be able to tutor any students who are interested in international banking and finance. I would be focusing on business and financial terminology.
