Hi potential student and parent!
First, I will tell you a little about my professional experience. I am a certified teacher, grades 7-12 and a certified administrator. I have taught Spanish for 11 years at the high school level. I have done everything from freshman level through senior level, including honors courses. I have also tutored for approximatgely 8 years. I do mostly remedial work with struggling students. I also work with with students who have learning disabilities such as executive functioning and processing disorders. Many of the kids that I have worked with have a 504 plan or an IEP in place and they have enjoyed success after working with me.
Now, a little about me personally. I am the mother of a 3 month old daughter. I love all sports and play softball and volleyball. I love to travel and have been to many countries in Central and South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In my spare time, I also work as an EMT and have done so since I was an undergraduate in college.
